The biggest problem I have is my prodromal stage is usually very, very short - within minutes, I have a blister, so if it hits me at night, I wake up with it and it's too late. That being said, the few times I have been able to use this device, it has worked very well for me. My family has a cure that takes about 2 days if you do it in the morning a night here are the instructions for it
ingredents... salt, and water
take your salt and put a decent amount in a cup of water
take a spoon and stir till disolved to make saltwater
put some in mouth swish it around like mouthwash and spit it out IT DOESNT HURT TRUST ME!

I can not speak for Vygone but I know that interceptCS works and is approved by regulatory bodies, while I believe Vygone has not been approved.
