haha i must be hard to please then hehe, Yeah taking all that into consideration i can understand why now, just such a shame the vulcan couldnt fly, i was so excited on the way there and it pee'd on my bonfire when i heard the news it wasnt :( oh well,, thats life i guess lol

The reds/Vulcan footage was taken at Wellsborne near Stratford-upon-Avon the week before, for their wings and wheels event.
I should have said in the description, sorry :)

Whats happening at Coningsby ? airshow or something ? i was at Waddington sat, poor display there :( had a chat with F15 pilots, that was my highlight hehe

Lakenheath was having there runway resurfaced so the 493rd FS were hosted by 11Sqn for a week (they are going home Monday the 6th of July), they also did some joint ops I believe as well.
I thought waddo did an OK job considering there is very little TOO display this year, with operations, lack of MOD funding, too few air and ground crew and a larger show in europe that weekend that nicked the best stuff :)
Wasn't the best, but I had a great day lol XD
Maybe I'm just easily pleased ;) lol

i heard the Eagles had landed at Coningsby for a short stay when i went up to sunny lincolnshire lol. how long they staying for?? i live in cambridgeshire so we get them all the time frm Lankenheath

I think they are here till the 6th of July :) So it really is a short stay, but it's very nice to have them up here :D.
