This is a grappling / Jiu-Jitsu / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique that involves rolling an opponent onto their back from a neutral (kneeling) position and then going to the knee on the belly. It can be done both gi and no-gi. Recorded at the U.S. Martial Arts Academy (USMAA) near Cincinnati, Ohio. Demonstrated by Russell Daniels, assisted by Sara Gross, recorded/edited by Ron Cole. http://www.usmaa.net

Hrm. I use very similar sweeps and in my experience if you don't kill at least one of the arms to give you a direction to sweep in your opponent can stall the sweep by posting an arm which gives them an opportunity to slide off of the knee and take side control. If you don't outweigh your opponent by a good bit you really need to trap one of the arms either against your body or with your other hand to make the sweep truly high percentage.
