Cool system, but the space looks dead. I wonder if the employees use it? It's great that designers are looking at these sustainable systems, but in addition to environmental responsibility, they have a responsibility to make desirable spaces that will be utilized. Space that is green, but still isn't used is still wasted space and therefore not sustainable.

ah you would be considered a utilitarian sustainable person. it is indeed being used, but not by humans specifically. just because humans aren't using it, does not mean it is wasted.

Sure, there is a varied system of organisms using the green space, but this seems to only be a small portion of the roof (my impression from the video). I was referring to how we treat the accessible space which seems to take up much of this roof. If you're going to try and make the roof green, cover as much of it as you can with the green. If you're going to make it accessible, make that space desirable so that it's used and doesn't become dead, wasted space unusable by the ecosystem. budgets..

I dont know what your saying in Tagalog but Im working on the same concept of Green roof and vertical green wall too here in Singapore. It's my school project.
