How to get your computer OUT of Safemode!!

This is showing you how to get your computer out of Safe Mode!! I used Virtual Box to open my Windows Xp Computer in a small box because i am using Ubuntu as my computer software!! So Hope this helped and if you didnt understand please ask questions if you have any!!
also if you cant see good put video in Full Screen!!

When i get into boot.ini safe mode is already unchecked

when i type ""msconfig"" in Run Box it says there are no file exists

"msconfig" click Start and click on Search .When i did this thing i found 2 files

with this name but there types are different

1:Compiled HTML Help File

2:Application

Please help Me
