This is a guide to find Nosepass on Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
You need Rock Smash and Flash to get it.
It can be difficult to get it, so you have to be patient. If you smash all the rocks and don't find it, go down the ladder, then up the ladder again, and the rocks are back.
Master Ball:
I cloned the Master Ball with a clone code/glitch. Give the Master Ball to a Pokemon, and clone the Pokemon.

@NutKase3 I can catch any no-legendary pokemon with a standard Pokéball.
Get your foe with red HP, get it confused and make it sleep. Then, you just gotta catch it. It may be able to catch even legendaries with Ultraballs.
