Just as PES will never sort out it's problem with regards to full licensing. So to will FIFA never sort out it's gameplay, it will never be better than PES. I still enjoy FIFA, but PES will always be the more wholesome of the two.

Agreed, It had been quite a few years since I bought a football game. So when I had heard that FIFA was the king these days and that it's gameplay surpassed even that of PES, I was very interested, only to be disappointed. What these negative comments against PES reflect is an emphasis of visuals over gameplay, a lack of maturity. PES 2008 has the better of FIFA where it matters most

Yeah, I have the PC version, and it's great. Now I just got the psp version and it's pretty much the same as PES 06.
