Vagabond Opera, The Transformation into Marlene

European Cabaret! Vintage Americana! Balkan Belly Dance! Neo-Classical Opera! Old World Yiddish Theater! Welcome to the six-piece, Portland, Oregon-based Vagabond Opera.

The Vagabond Opera came to our town and performed at the Firehouse 5 at 2014 B 9th Street. It is a wonderful space. The Vagabond Opera Gave an incredible show that we did not intend to record. Sometimes it's nice to just sit back and watch or so I have heard. The first two pieces were so hot that we had to bust out the camera. Unfortunately we did not have enough memory to get the whole show but here are some highlights.

The Transformation into Marlene is always one of my favorites by Vagabond Opera. There is a wonderful piece before it that I decided to leave as an intro as it were. If anyone can tell me it's name please message me via youtube.
