Thats dumb, You make sure that you have the right speed and right gear before the turn, so you have more control over your truck in the corner. also skip gears if possible, so your fuel consumption goes down.

@spiritofkatuba Bullshit. You must be in one of those CDL mills. Sometimes you will shift on curves, turning corners, whenever the need to shift arises. Dont take that drivel they teach you at that CDL mill as gospel. Ive been doing this a long time, theres a huge difference between the school and the real world.

Looks like you need more practice with floating. Especially with your down shifting. It could be smoother.
