材料 / 雞排 400g、羅美生菜 適量、蛋 1個、紫洋蔥 1/2顆、麵粉 2匙、吉士粉 2匙、綠芥末 適量、七味粉 少許、煉乳 少許、檸檬 1片
調味料 / 鹽1匙、酒1匙、香油1匙、糖少許、蒜香粉少許、沙拉 適量
做法 /
1、紫洋蔥切絲、羅美生菜切段泡水。
2、雞排用刀片薄,入蛋黃、鹽巴、酒、糖抓馬醃漬備用。
3、準備一塑膠袋,放入沙拉醬、煉乳、綠芥末、檸檬和七味粉調合成綜合醬汁備用。
4、調和比例1:1的吉士粉和麵粉,將醃漬好的雞排沾上粉入鍋中煎熟、切塊。
5、將調好的醬汁擠入盤中,放入羅美生菜、紫洋蔥、雞排,盛盤周圍再擠上醬汁裝飾即可。

【貼心小建議】肉類油煎技巧 :
a、熱鍋熱油,再放食材下去煎
b、定型之後轉成小火,煎至熟
c、起鍋前再開成大火逼油即可
