Martina McBride performs the classic "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from the Grand Ole Opry during the 2011 MDA Telethon. The 2011 MDA Telethon aired Sunday, Sept. 4, live from the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas. The show's theme this year was "Make a Muscle, Make a Difference" for MDA.
