  • I have a foam roller and tried once a long time ago to massage my ITB, but it was quite painful and uncomfortable. Is that a normal sensation (generally speaking, if your ITB is not bothering you or anything)

  • it can be painful if you put too much weight on it... use your arms to support some of your weight if you feel pain

  • does this mean you don't stretch?? i too have IT problems and was forced out of racing a marathon because of severe knee pain during one of my longer runs leading up to the race...

    should i stretch after runs or just use my TriggerPoint roller?
