1999 World Series - Game 4 - Yankees SWEEP Braves to win World Series

I dug this up from the archives. October 27, 1999. I was right behind Homeplate. I started the game in the RF luxury box. I had enough of that by the 5th inning. I could not feel part of the frenzy. I actually found this one empty seat. Must have been a Braves loser that left early. This is the Top of the 9th. Mariano closes the door on Atlanta. This is before Mariano came out to Enter Sandman. Yanks SWEEP Braves to win OUR 25th World Championship and become the Team of the Century. AWESOME video. Let's repeat this scene this year!

@TolitoGangster Um...Nope..If there are popular MLB teams in Mexico, these are the Dodgers, Yankees, and teams with a hometown near the border cities of Mexico (which your team is NOT), like the San Diego Padres i.e. for the Californian Region; not even the Cardinals have a big fan base here in Mexico (despite their great history in titles); huge difference to say “a lot of fans” and “The Biggest Fan Base”; 90's Braves were a great team, before then, few people cared about them.

@johnstone2010 that's a bunch of crap,the Braves were on TBS TV for 30 years and in the San Francisco series they were alot of Braves fans,alot of Braves fans from Mexico always post on the Univision site aswell as on the Braves website,in Mexico the Braves and Yankees were the only two teams on Televisa until TBS and WGN came to Mexico and then they had the Braves,Cubs,White Sox and Yankees,but the MLB Network is now in Mexico,they can now watch other teams they like,the Cardinals are popular.

What ?....bigger fan base???....LOL, I have been in Mexico, California and Arizona, and I can tell u there are NO Atlanta fans here; I do recognize Braves as an excellent team during the 90's, although they just won 1 ring; they were good this year, too bad they came up short to the postseason; I feel terrible too since Im a Boston fan LOL.
