I learned about Rod Brafield reading Waylon Jennings autobiography, he honors Rod along with many other legends of Ryman Auditorium.

I know as bogus as it sounds,Lloyd aka "Cowboy" was my dads uncle, I don't know why I didn't check Youtube for videos of Cowboy before now.

OMG! I love Rodney Brasfield! He was hilarious!! :) My grandpa used to have all of these on tape and I would always watch them when I came over. Good Times :)

The man in thr blue checked shirt was Randy Hughes who married Copes daughter Kathaloma! Randy was the pilot of the plane the killed Cowboy Copas, Hawkshaw Hawkins and Patsy Cline on March 5-1963!

I remember as a teenager watching these vintage tv shows as reruns on PBS. My mama was a big fan of the Grand Ole Opry, so any time there was a show like this on, the whole family would watch.
