Old video I dug up of a Fire Reponse - MVA with injuries. This is in Loveland Colorado. I was the firefighter on the engine.

Toned as an MVA with injuries with a patient who is pregnant. No one hurt but the Pregnant female went to the hospital for checkup.

Roads were very slick with black ice and there were tons of accidents that morning.

Don't forget to subscibe!

  • The siren is terrible. Sounds like a stuffed toy is stuck in it. Yuck.

There is nothing like a real Fed Q freewheeling. That's what makes a real fire truck. (Me = old school).

  • @HankySpanky51 ??? i promise you that is a Real Federal Q siren. Yes, the big one. It is a newer engine and it was pretty darn cold so it may sound different (plus the video is on the inside of the cab) but i assure you, it is the real thing. not the electronic one.

  • The two screen's (one on the driver side the other officer) are touch screens in which you can control pretty much everything such as lights, heat, exhaust break etc. my fire company recently purchased a 2010 crimson with these touch screens. Now if I am wrong please do let me know.

  • @tmwizkid nope, not wrong. They are a "multiplex" system made by Weldon engineering. The ones in this truck are the first generation of them. They are neat, and control alot of stuff.

I think there is a speedometer there too though...

  • what kind of engine is this?

  • @firefightercharles i don't remeber who built the body, but the cab is a Spartan gladiator classic.

  • @Recelect < Great work with that siren too, no unnecessary ruckus. Also, highly commend you for not using silly electronic sirens on top of the Q. I can't tell you how annoying it is to hear an electronic over the Q or watch a vid with the Q pegged the whole way when there is frickin no-one on the road. Great job.

  • wheres the cops

  • What was the red flashing light in the cab as you pull up to the accident?

  • is that a speedometer to the right?

  • not a bad video, could have used a little more Q

  • congratulation a drive a firetruck

  • @HankySpanky51 there is nothing wrong with the q dummy

  • 1:44- GOOD MORNING!!

  • Good communication between Officer and Driver, Head sets are in use, nice siren and horn work, nice drivin. I overall have nothing bad to say, awesome video!

  • you live in fort collons i live in greeley

  • gotta hate those early morning calls

  • @WorldTechToday the inside cab cabinet is wired to the "open door" light. if you listen youll hear the roll up door go up and back down. that is when the light comes on and off. not sure why it is wired that way...

  • you were lucky at 2:30-end no traffic

  • Hey :D I was in Loveland, CO before 25 days :D

  • holy shit! people pull over w/ just lights!!!!!

  • need opticoms dude!

  • @WorldTechToday i would also like to know....

  • Love responses in the snow

  • This truck looks like a Pierce a little bit...

  • @WorldTechToday Typically that's to allow the driver and officer know when there's a compartment or cab door open while the truck is in gear. Someone may have opened the door prematurely, or perhaps something else. Not sure, it varies from truck to truck. That's just how my department has our trucks set up.

  • which firefighter are u of the three walking from the engine

  • bad enough you have to put up with crazy ass drivers but here you have to worry about icey/snowy roads.Sometimes it's more dangerous getting to the scene than the scene itself.

  • Nice Vid. Who was the engineer and LT that day?
