Great song, great band, crappy video. 2 out of 3 aint bad.

@endgammer Ah, lucky, young man, you! Still think their music - their sound - is great (while not a fan of rap, it does rely on a heavy bass sound - which was what Bow Wow Wow's sound is). It'd be foolish if no one utilised that sound to make music today

Short answer? Yes. :)

Wow, a James Rosenquist in motion.

Wow! I can now see this was BWW's attack on Amercian Pop Culture. They wrote this song after they were denied entry to the Disneyland Resort in CA. Up until the mid 80s, "DL" had a strict dress code, no leathers, no studded anything and, no t-shirts w graphics. Disney was insistent on their guests looking "mainstream", to not offend any families. I love how they took a stab at everything we as Americans held so dear... Ronnie "Raygun", fast food, cars, superheros! C30-C60-C90 Go BWW!!!

I really always did like this song. Up beat, smooth, and she is a doll. Listening many years later after my MTV days (remember when it was a music channel), I am very impressed with the drummer. I want candy he is really loose also.
I stood right next to her once in 1983 when I was 14. They opened for Adam Ant. I was under age but my Aunt's bf ran the club. I went with him to open and the club. The band was there rehearsing. She was at the bar looking for a knife to get a tag off the back of her shirt. I was shy but afraid to say hello. She was tan and hot. I was white and had pimples. She smiled once bc she saw me staring ...must have been for hours. years later I found out that she was only one or two years older than me.
