-
How to install the remote to nikon d2x ?
-
Does this version have the heat warning?

@ArtoftheImage becoz ur curtains wont be fully open for speeds over that. and if flash goes off u will have dark portions at the top or bottom of the image

Matt,
Absolutely EXCELLENT video review! I was looking into the purchase of a second speedlight to complement my SB-800 to build my basic Nikon D300 CLS and your video review along with Mark Wallace's video have done the trick. BIG THANK YOU for your comprehensive review of the SB-700...

@KHBwmm I've seen reports about people using this setup by using some black tape and covering 9/10 of the D3100 flash to use it as master for the SB-700

@gyulab1 - You have to make sure you have high speed sync turned on. Check your manual.

what should i buy the nikon MB D11 Multi Power Battery Pack or the sb-700?

@decas115 - I'd get the SB-700 if you don't have any speedlights. I don't bother much with the add-on grips these days as I prefer to keep things small and light. You'll do more for your photography with a flash than with a grip.

@ArtoftheImage thank you!! What is the best lens for the nikon d7000? I mean a "muiti" lens
decas115 9 months ago
@decas115 - Depends on what you're shooting. The Nikon 18-105mm VR is a very good all around lens for the price. For a little more, you can get the Nikon 18-200mm VR which gives you more reach. And then there's the Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 OS which gives you a constant f2.8 aperture as well as OS. Just depends on what you want to do with it. If you want more range, you sacrifice on speed. If you want faster glass, you sacrifice zoom range.
