Just got out to try my luck and immediately hooked up. Brooks, golden, and browns aplenty.

  • Nope; no one has gotten it yet.

  • Nice, real nice, just give us a hint. the altitude or eastern or western sierras, something.

  • alright here's the little hint; it is in the southern western eastern side of the north slope, and it is above sea level

  • i love how this guy acts like he has some secret money hole.. LMAO i have a spot where i get 25 to 50 fish a day. 1lb to 15lb rainbows, browns, brooks, steelhead, and its all one slot of water under a waterfall..LMAO this spot looks so lame.. these 4 inch fish that dont even fight..

id like to see this guy hook a 9 lb buck steelhead. it would rip that rod out of your hand so fast

  • kirkwood is the shit for trout! I caught a 12 pound lake trout and it was one helluva fish!

  • is it by caples lake or woods lake

  • Cool!

  • see... me "secret" spots are a 1 hour drive in the truck, walk a dirt road then walk in the woods for another 1 to1 1/2 hour again, but its seriosly every cast is a trout, not sayign their monster 13in trout but their legal from 8in - 11in bigest one i got from this spot was 11in didnt even fight ? jut kida like "wtf... why am i outa the water"

  • Rush Creek Secrets out..

  • I know where it is, its the creek that goes into north lake in the bishop canyon

  • i might have a good idea where it is... and if its the same spot im thinking its ok. but anywhere that you can relax and kick back and just let loose all of the worries of the world is a great spot cause every fisherman knows that a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work.

  • Sometimes, some of the best secret spots are right off the highway. I always had a 'secret spot' on a little no name creek within earshot of cars on 395
