  • hi! i have a concert sized solid, and i was wondering what kind of strings it needs? because i want to change it into a low-g tuning. can i use any string? aquila for example or do i need special ones as it is a electric one?

  • @krankerkris We don't recommend wound strings, because they are very noisy on electric ukuleles. The original strings are RISA-Premium high-G, but these are also available for low-G tuing. Alternatively, you can use WORTH Fluorocarbon strings.

  • I am planning on purchasing the Tenor Uke Solid from your website.. My question is, what type of amp/distortion box are you using? I want to ensure that I am getting something that will help with the sound so I am not discouraged just after I receive it. Thank you and I can't wait to receive it..

  • @lcleversley I used a cheap Roland Micro Cube with its built-in effects for this video.
