newbreed is a band formed in autumn/winter 1995 in Slovakia, city of Bánovce nad Bebravou(BN) like answer on the bands GODFLESH, SCORN(Vae Solis era), NAPALM DEATH, FEAR FACTORY, etc...
Founding members are:
Juraj Marko - guitar, backing vocals (P.K.O., newbreed, BLAST, CLOUDBURST, THREAT, MORNAMENT, newmachine, RAIN OF PAIN);
Patrik Milanovič - drums, backing vocals (P.K.O., THE STEPHEN PROBLEM, newbreed, BLAST);
Ivan Bežo - lead vocals (newbreed, BLAST).
And Jaroslav Nemec (P.K.O., THE STEPHEN PROBLEM, HYPNOZA, TRANSYLVANITY, THREAT) - helping hand on live gigs for us on bass guitar.
Self titled demo was released in early 1996 on cassette in test room. Year active was 1995 - 1996.
Juraj Marko was become a member of an amazing AVALANCHERS community in dec. 2008. They came with an musical idea to tribute to Justin K. Broadrick(FINAL, NAPALM DEATH, FALL OF BECAUSE, GODFLESH, TECHNO ANIMAL, jesu, GREYMACHINE, etc...) and they invited newbreed on AVALANCHE ON PLAY compilation.
Juraj Marko then re-activate newbreed in may 2009 and playing all of the instruments now.
