Já tentou retirar todos efeitos e deixar somente a resolução em 1680x1050? Pode ser que a seco ela empurre bem nessa resolução.

meu monitor é de 22 tambem, e minha p3d é a 8600,tenho que ficar jogando em resoluções baixas, agora imagine num monitor dessa lap =/ que merda.
