  • Nastiest shit I've ever seen.

  • If you like the video, please rate the video. It seems folks are rating it poorly, even though I am hearing good things. The higher it's rated, the quicker it comes up when more people search it.

    Thanks

  • Telling me one of the greatest Powerlifters of all time technique's wrong, is so comical. I am you were joking! If you weren't the joke is on you

  • This was recorded early February 2007

  • Why don't they use power racks in competition squatting/bench?

  • thats the WORST knee injury, they either remove and replace that tendon, or take a piece of another tendon and attach that with the original that snaped

he will prob never squat ever gain

its ashame because ed coan is a true hero

  • Hey why don't they squat in a power rack with safety bars during competition? Don't tell me because it's "pussy" because it's not. It's safety and can prevent many professional lifters from getting injured.

  • if you live in illinois i can tell you where he trains.

    Its a public gym...quads.

  • It has been my dream to train and be trained by Ed Coan so if it is possible I would give anything to get some kind of contact info on ed coan.

  • ed coan...greatest powerlifter ever...this is what i like to hear

  • dude Ed Coan is a freakin Zen master powerlifter. His technique was perfect for his body.
