Overall quite a good vid! But the lead up was way too long and some parts the song seems to match up with the vid too well that everyone seems to be dancing.

mawibule I'm simply a 5'7 white guy and I can easily dunk easily. Anybody can certainly do it, just use the right training program. I used the one at 50inch vertical[dot]com but just about any training prog is good if they work that is... lol
