hey nilesy ive been leveling a sub rogue a great macro involving Shadowstep and whatever stealth opener

/castsequence

/Cast ShadowStep

/Cast Ambush (or sap) (garrote) (cheapshot and the like)

you can also add premeditation to it once you level up

this macro makes it spammable so you dont have to worry about different hotkeys and trying to maneuver behind everything
