@AskHandsomeThomas When such a tactics is done correctly and rapidly there is no time for one to resist. That takes time to understand and how to feel the open and closed spaces the enemy presents during the moment of application.

Talk about fluidity and gracefulness, that simple toss was executed very well. I also appreciate how "unassuming" Baguazhang practitioners look. Not to be taken offensively, I have had the chance to spar with people who don't look the least bit athletic and have had my butt handed to me like I was a rag doll. Much respect!
