The pump action part is the A button, not the Z button. The Z button is next to the analog stick.

@loadedjogger No we do not need controllers like that! Their is a reason why they make them not look real. They can be mistaken as real guns and with todays kids going too school and killing their class mates because they were picked on and postel workers going to work and killing their co-workers because they lost their jobs, having a toy or a controller that looks like the real thing can get you killed!
