Medicine balls are versatile and can be used many ways. These sit ups are a good way to finish off a chest, triceps workout or a good way to begin one.
If you want to make these difficult, bring the medicine ball each time touching your chest.
If you bring the ball over your head (as shown) you will use more momentum making it easier.
