@ecouriercouk The fastest I ever had it at was 110mph which isn't bad, as for RPM at 75mph I'm not sure because I never really looked. MPG wise it easily did 70mpg on the B- Roads at 55/60 Mph.. If you are thinking of buying 1 I'd highly recommend it, my sister bought mine off me and there is over 160k on it and still going strong. Also, I replaced it with a 207 1.6 HDi 90bhp Sport in Metallic Sliver :) My 206 was black, I'll never have a black car again, shows the dirt up to easily.

@cmagennis927 What is the maximum speed you can get from the 1.4 hdi on an open road? What speed is the engine turning over at when driving at 75mph? How many mpg do you think I would get sitting at 90mph? what car did you upgrade to?

@vteckicksarse worst engine ever? is it really? How about my Vito 109 Cdi van. 2.2 litre common rail turbo diesel, pumps out 89 bhp, with a whole load of noise.

I owned a 2003 206 1.4 HDi 'LOOK' and I recently sold it with over 130,000 Miles on the clock and it never gave any trouble at all except 1 pulley needed changing which I suppose would be the same in all cars once they reach that mileage... I easily got 65mpg on the motorways sitting at 75mph no problems at all! Great wee cars with fantastic diesels!

@vteckicksarse Well considering the 2.0 HDi 90 has been about since 1999 and the Corsa 1.3 CDTi 90 has been about a few years its got more to do with technology you fucking tube! This isn't even a bloody 2.0 HDi! Its a 1.4 HDi 70 so ofcourse its not going to break any speed records.

go buy a motor 0-100 in 12 secondes a hdi is not furious,juste good car to move on the road an you can take 700KM before to be empty that the only good things

worst engine ever. 2.0 turbo diesle. only produces 90bhp. pathetic. a 1.4 corsa produces more power than that.
