Whenever I see Obama taking that oath of office and when it get's to the "Preserve, protect, and defend the constitution of the United States" I always say "LIAR!!"

The case involves the blatant violation of the 7th Amendment, as the lower courts have run the poor man w/o an attorney out of court using summary judgment.....even though the evidence, Law & the legal precedents have been in his favor. Direct perjury & lying to a govt investigator has been shown in evidence, and there was sworn testimony of evidence-tampering, but the 5th Circuit refused to allow it to be filed & would not address the issue of the evidence tampering.

Agreed but to change the constitution there is a process that must be taken called amending the constitution and is never the case with some of these changes happening in our country today. They literally side step the constitution which is an attack on our liberty and freedom. They merely slip legislation into giant bills only to later find out AFTER it passes that these legislations are in the bill. Or they pass things through executive orders (AKA dictatorship).

It is high time for the people of this country (and other countries) to study the constitution. To learn how our government servants are continually side stepping the constitution instead of honoring the oath they gave to uphold it.

this is stupid
in the "original" constitution women couldnt vote and african americans were still slaves. the constitution has to be changed once in a while to fit the needs and rights of the ever changing country it represents.
