First of all, I LOVED Gayatri's big screen debut in "Swades". That film and Ashutosh Gowariker's other masterpiece "Lagaan" were probably two of the best Bollywood films ever made! Though both were works of fiction, their social relevance is undeniable. Second, Palak Paneer is one of my all-time favorites. Indian vegetarian cuisine is healthy. I don't see too many obese Indians, so they must be doing something right!
