I read an article that said a lot of pet food manufacturers even sign contracts with veterinary hospitals and pounds to get the deceased pets and put them into the pet food! Our pets are eating their own cousins! And what's more, the manufacturers say it's "too expensive" to even remove collars from the bodies before processing the meat...

I use to work for a pet food store, they asked me what I feed my dog, when I told them I make my own food. I was instructed to lie to customers should they ever ask me the same question. This is a store that doesn't even sell grocery store crap food but veterinary recommended foods.

After a long, careful consideration and being skeptical for a very long time...I decided to switch my dog to raw feeding 6 weeks ago, and I will never EVER go back to that garbage store-bought dry kibble food. I am so happy that I am one of those dog owners who's made a choice to feed my dog raw food...

I agree with what you're saying regarding a raw diet for pets. It's healthy to do so. It's good you put an educational video out about it, but this video is a little boring. I think the narrator is talking waaayyyy too slow and that is probably why. Maybe talk a little bit more in normal speed and add some music.

Raw food diets are expensive. I'm 23 and paying off student loans + rent + vehicle expenses. It's just not an option for me, no matter how bad I want to get my dog on the raw food diet. Too expensive.
