Many people are aksing why the f*** i cant unlock my shouts ??
probably u just press the wrong button ? ^^
right ...just take a look on this video ;)
open game,load save game, open console
1) - psb
2) - player.forceav shoutrecoverymult 0
3) - player.forceav dragonsouls 999
this is what u need ti typ in ;)
so if u done with this go to ur shouts by pressing "P" (InGame)
mouse over a shout u like press "R" and its done ;)
