I understand that Carly is hurt, but she has to remember that Bo gave up a lot for her. For Carly to say that Bo is the center of her world (@ 11:47) is a stark contrast to Hope dumping Bo because he didn't bow to her will. Hang in there, Princess. :-)
I believe that Carly wishes she was the first love in Bo's life instead of Hope (@ 9:08). I think that's why she's really hurting.
