"Add-A-Leafs". You can find them at JCWhitney. By adding a few more leaf's, you can lift the rear up to 6 inches, but you'd have to get a lowering kit for the transfer case so you don't lock up your U-joints. As for the front, really you would have to do more research.
Depends on whether or not you have leafs up front, or torsion bars, or springs. But for the rear. Just add more leafs for higher ride height and you can add more weight in the rear as well.
What you could do is get torsion keys for the front, you can find them for less than 300 dollars for a set of two that will lift it up to 3 inches. Cranking on the torsion bars is very risky, seeing as you will put more strain on the drive-train and it will crap out in due time. You can get a 2.5 inch all around in one kit for 425 dollars and trim the fenders a bit to put 32's. Those are big enough for most mudding adventures. Just put 10 dollar spacers on the front wheels to prevent rubbing.
Your best bet is to go to the Junkyard and find an S10 like yours and just drop the motor in it. You can get a full body with the 4x4 and everything for like 2-300 dollars. ;) Hope that helps a little.
See, with converting the S10 from 2WD to 4WD, you need to take measurements and figure out how you are going to get the brackets and how you are going to cut the brackets to let the transfer case sit where it's supposed to. The front drive shaft usually sits higher than the rear drive shaft, so you will have to do a lot of measuring.
