  • i had the pleasure of meeting this guy when i was like 7. he had his setup in Plymouth, Mass when i was there on vacation with family. its really cool and relaxing to see him play in person

  • ...well....a little too much razzle dazzle....not my style...but he got most of the notes...

  • Interesting creativity but, not my cup of tea.

  • great showmanship but too much fat in the gravy, less is more.

  • sounds great to me.....

  • Why is it that so many players think that the dulcimer has to be played fast? By doing so, most of the time all you end up with is a loud noise. And I mean noise, not music. Just hit it as hard and as often as possible and people will use that over-used word "awesome". It isn't. All they do is put everything into the instrument and get nothing back. Play the instrument and it will sing for you. It can produce sounds that will make you cry.

  • True, no melody... Athematic?

But that's some sweet improv bro!

  • Great terchnique but no melody. I'd love to hear James play a regular tune!!

  • marry me

  • Go Jamie! Rockin' the house as usual! :) --Molly
