AIESEC CHANDIGARH:-
Formed in 1988 by AIESEC Delhi IIT, AIESEC Chandigarh has 20 glorious years of impacting the youth of today.AIESEC Chandigarh is one of the most dynamic chapters in AIESEC in India. It has grown from infancy to a stage of vitality in the last few years and presently has a membership of 110 students from various colleges in the city. We are one of the certified LCs of the world. In 2008 we did 124 student exchanges from across the globe. We have made the first strong steps for the growth that we have been looking for, with the implementation of short-term-action-plans to generate activities, knowledge and experience in the LC.Now, with the first steps done, AIESEC in Chandigarh needs to work with the knowledge and experience generated in this period. We need to realize more external events, to increase the human resources meanwhile applying the design team output and continue with the X growth as well as the implementation and generation of more eXchange-Based-Projects. We encourage you to take the challenge and live your dreams by working as part of the AIESEC PBOX using your strength, courage, knowledge, experience and the ambition of continues learning to drive the growth needed.

This is short term project based on Exchange(PBoX). It will be done in 2 phases. One in July-August and second phase in September-October. Under this project, the interns will be working in schools for underprivileged children in rural areas. The interns will get the best experience of their lifetime shaping the future of the children. They will also get to experience the culture of India living with the families. The intern will experience the grass root realities of the Indian society.
