this race sucks. i would rather do 10 800s.

ugghh ive only done 300h twice in my life and im goingt to an all comers meet tomorrow and my coach said i have to do 300h AHHHH im soo scared because the times that ive done them i skip soo many cuz i wasnt used to the my using my left as my lead leg and im usually right legged D: HELP!!!!!!

300 metres? Who runs 300 metres? I thought it was always 100 (110 hurdles), 200, 400, 800 and 1500 or the mile.

i hate being slow... i have like perfect form but my 300 time without hurdles is only 44 and with my best is 47

Actually she is not horrible. This is at the beginning of her season. She dropped to a low 42 by the end of the summer. Take into effect, she is no more than 5'2". Also she runs 400 hurdles fast. so although you say you are better, know, she is not horrible.
