The wait is finally over.. the Phantom Reviewer is back reviewing again! This time the various minor Phantom spinoffs come under scrutiny, including Man of a Thousand Faces and La Sombra Del Murcielago.

Apologies for any audio problems in this one. I had MAJOR problems exporting this video, so this was the best version I could wrestle out of my dusty, decrepid computer.

With Biskuits as Maria Cornetto,
Sarah Gillespie as Maria's singing voice, and theme tune sung by Wanyi Jiang

Part 2 coming next week!

  • Man, Cleva's a jerk. If her child was deaf, it'd still be able to do normal things like parenting and holding a job. My own mother is deaf and I hadn't had a bad childhood because if it. Heck, I know a deaf family with their own construction company!

  • Hahaha... How about the episode on Alvin and the Chipmunks dedicated to"The Phantom of the Opera"?

  • I think Willia DeFoe could pull off a good Lon Chaney Movie, he is a versitile actor, and In my mind he kinda resembles Chaney, Lon Chaney is probably one of my greatest heroes of acting, I would love a movie of his life to come out

  • THIS...IS...THEATER!!!

thank u reviewer for giving us the gerik reference ( bows at the feet of reviewer)

  • haha! I just had to write this down after hearing your narration on "man of a thousand faces". Indeed I could never understand why the make-up artists of the movie did not pay more attention to accurately recreate the real look that Chaney brought to his movies, but Cagney was the best choice at the time to play the part (considering how typecast he was after being in all those gangster movies). He was expressive and sensitive when it came to this interpretation of Chaney's life!

  • hahahaha! My goodness, you videos are so funny!!! My compliments for making these reviews!! I loved your opening song (you might have to work in the future to record a better sound quality of your voice, as a narrator, for there are moments when it's a bit difficult to understand what you are saying). But other than that, I love these videos and your humour! Oh, by the way, it would also be a good idea for you to incorporate the title and date of the movie vers that you are talking about ;-)

  • @angeluscapricorn Oh, dear lord, no

  • What's Noel Fielding doing at 9:44?

  • thanks for mentioning darkman. Its a really cool move : )
