wow. i've never taken a video class, but i'd recommend tighter cuts and less random transition effects. also, you could have widened the frame to make it look less squished. and the multiple desktops thing wasn't very well presented. maybe you could have used different girl for the update and different clothes for different desktops.

Linux, over the years, has gone from good, but widely misunderstood, to awesome, and still misunderstood. I have been running Ubuntu for the past 3 years and have overall been very impressed. There did used to be a prob with Suspend not working reliably on this laptop, but that ended up being fixed automatically via a downloaded patch. If there's a better distro out there than the current Ubuntu, I'd love to know what it is.

Linux may be free, however, the average user isnt able too interface with it. Also, alot of the stuff is done cant be granted that it will work as it should comepletely

Good video here, good job

Windows: "Am at a reasonable price."
Mac: "I cost a little more."
Linux: "I'm free"
Wrong, windows costs the most. The OS X only costs around $40, and since you are only talking about the operating system (linux is a free operating system, NOT hardware) that makes windows the most expensive (and very unreasonable in my opinion).

Hmmm... you know I only use Linux on my pc at home. I love Linux, but I must say, this commercial attempt, sucked.

My Amiga OS can produce an unlimited number of desktops.
"Only Amiga makes it possible."

"Do you think she'll go out with me?"
Ever heard of Co-Linux? ;)

Guy with the glasses looks like one of the actors from Short Circuit rofl wtf.
God damn, when will people get rid of that Mac vs PC ads? Any attempt to make a Linux ad that way looks pathetic...
