@HairLikeMyDaddy Best way to get good kefir is to buy some grains (really not expensive, sometimes you can even find someone who will give them to you) and make your own!

I just tried the Lifeway Organic Kefir Milk and it made me want to gag because it tastes like spoiled milk. How did you get past the taste and what brand do you drink?
