Hey. I have downloaded this for my U8800 Pro:

U8800Pro V100R001C00B512G001(Overseas Normal)

There are 3 steps. Do I have to use them all, or only Step 1??? I don't want to mess it up.

Perfect :-), it´s working.

First I had also a pink display, because i followed what Huawei has written.

But than you have 2 files on the SD-Card and you will get the pink Display.

So i had to try again.

I opend the folder named "step1", inside there is a folder named "dload" and this one includes the UpdateApp.

This "dload" file i copied to the SD-Card.

Result: One folder including the UpdateApp.

Means I made it like you showed to us in your video.

Could you insert a link to the final version in your video description? And could you tell me if the update supports all languages? I can find the beta on the internet, and it says English. I'm currently using Dutch.

Hey, Could you please tell me, if I need to insert MicroSD card, or can I use integrated SD card on the phone (erasing data, that is), to update the phone?

@MrRickyjay08 One more thing. I dont have an extra SD card yet, just internal disk. Would that be OK, if I make a dload map there, or there MUST be an empty SDcard inserted? Thanks!

@MrRickyjay08 I know, but still, the procedure is the same rigt? Thera are 3 maps (Step 1, 2, and 3). Do you know, how do I upgrade my 8800 Pro?
