  • I'm not a weight loss expert or anything, but I do know the easiest way to get into good shape. All you need to do is drink plenty of water, stop eating junk like mcdonalds and replace it with fruits and vegetables. Exercise daily, even if it's only a small jog or a 30 minute walk and stretch your muscles by doing a total of 20+ pushups, situps. Eating junk food isn't only affecting your body, but your self-esteem and your motivation to get physical and chances are you will become depressed.
