NASA is planning another trip to the moon. But before astronauts set foot on the lunar surface again, Chariot might get there first.
Half monster truck, half flatbed trailer, the new lunar vehicle is a mean machine. It crabs up hills and down craters, thanks to 6 independently steered wheel modules and an active suspension system, developed especially for this vehicle by NASA engineers.

What is the gold/brass coloured material and why is it used all over the truck? Some of the strongest and lightest materials like titanium are basically gray so I thought this would be too.
