  • @Smiggity83 We love hearing about our customer's experience when they do their own repairs. It's a nice feeling saving money and doing it yourself. Thanks for sharing your story! All the best in your future repairs.

  • Steve- Absolutely stellar instructional video. I stumbled across your video while replacing the same part in a dishwasher in an effort to find a way to remove the switch wires without forcing them and breaking a connection. When you popped the switch away from the wiring harness with the flat tip screwdriver it was a "Eureka" moment for me. Thanks for the very informative and easy to follow videos. Keep up the great work!

  • @HawkPilotUSA You're very welcome! We try to make our videos as easy as possible so it's nice to hear that other's are finding them useful. All the best with your future repairs!

  • Came across your video, and like the last person said, "Eureka". Way more difficult pulling out the wires than re-connecting them. Easy fix & easy on the pocket. Part cost was $30 and took about an hour worth of our time with running to the store and replacing the part.

  • STEVE!!! You are the MAN DUDE! We got through taking the door off no problem without watching many videos. When it came to removing the wire from the latch assembly, it was like what the heck, we are not calling a repair person. No way, we got this far. We're not quitting now.
