Last Exile: Luciola vs Cicada

I don't think I've ever seen a "fight" as bizarre as this one. Nevertheless, spinning ballerina stabs are fine by me. I suppose this could count as spoilers, but if you knew that Luciola fought Cicada to find this video..that'd..be spoilers already? Something like that.

You can also see the awesome clothes they wear that go BLOOP from a robe to a sneaking suit style thing. I wish I had some of them :(

@Doschin5000 + @Niohimself : It's a mix. Don't forget their entire "culture" suffers from a ridiculously tight level of psycho-conditioning. For Luciola to even consider going against Delphine's order it had to take every ounce of strength he had. Killing those drones, even Cicada, was nothing compared to simply disobeying Delphine. I don't think he COULD even want to kill her. Then again, Delphine's strength was her resourcefulness, so it's possible he didn't know about the ring.

@Hapsmash We're seeing this from Delphine's point of view which really goes to show how incredibly screwed up she is, because while they're really fighting for their lives, she sees it as nothing but a beautiful dance.

Yea, its supposed to look like a dance. I give it credit for being different from every other fight that happens in animes. It just pisses me off that Luciola could have killed her (like he intended) and it would have been the end of it.

Also, did anyone notice that the last guy in the hallway got stabbed in the back but Luciola walked up to him from the front of him?
