  • I get my virgin coconut oil from iherb.com. The brand is Nutiva, certified organic. Use referral code YAN312 to get a $5 discount off your order! BTW there is no such thing as "extra" virgin coconut oil. This classification applies only to olive oils.

  • Why is EXTRA virgin better than just regular virgin? Most of the sources I've found say just regular virgin Coconut oil is preferred b/c it is less processed

  • its not the "only" saturated fat thats healthy for you. Its one of many, the vast majority of saturated fat is healthy
