It's too bad Maggie Lawson and the two girls who played George and Bess didn't get more chances to play the parts. That was probably the best ensemble (I don't think anybody could play Nancy better than Pamela Sue Martin) ever cast to play Nancy's gang. I didn't like the idea of Nancy being a reporter. She's a detective; she should major in criminology or pre-law.
