Pole Practice ~ Phoenix Progress!!!

OMG...I can't believe I got my phoenix!!! I did it just by chance in my practice before this, but didn't have the camera rolling. I did catch it in the practice session...I was SO excited!!! Yay!!

This was just a pieced together practice session on my day off from school. I've been surprised to see I haven't lost much strength...Thank goodness! I hope I can keep it up while in school full-time. Thanks for watching!!! xoxo

i'm having trouble with grip. I have the chrome x-pole. do you have any hints and tips? thanks :)

@cathiro8 I found that I've had to build strength in my hands to get better grip. I use rubbing alcohol to clean to pole pretty often and then use mighty grip through out my pole work to help with the slickness. The mighty grip does help, but I think most of your grip will improve with the added strength over time. I would try and hold my static holds (like a static V) for a long as I could hold...then added on more time as I got stronger. Hope that helps...keep spinning hon! =)
