I've noticed that there are a thousand and one ways to build a treadmill desk. It seems the main thing is that the design works for your particular needs. Thanks for this video! I built my own as well and am blogging the journey at walkerdeskranger.

@norxcontacts I was actually mugged and have been very afraid to go out when it's dark. I live in a very quiet area but close enough to several large city centers and there is a lot of violence and crime committed so it's not very tempting to go for a walk when you think of those things. Much health and happiness to you.

@norxcontacts Some people have been, you know. If you were one of them, this wouldn't seem so silly to you, maybe. Or if you lived in a bad neighborhood, and liked to walk at night.
