it's such a fun groove to play! I'm a little like you, I find it easier to do the alternating bass instead of the whatever u call it monotone bass thump just on the E....great job though, love this tune!
have you figured out evil blues? that's another super fun one to play and sing, cheers :)

I really enjoy the syncopated guitar picking that you've worked to achieve. Combine that with your voice, which hearkens back to the early 20th Century female blues singers, and you can really do these songs justice. If you ever record a CD, and you should, just have the photo taken from the homey backgrounds you have on your videos. Nicely done! Congratulations, and keep on playing and singing! You're a joy to listen to.

IPBN,
You are doin' Mance some serious justice...I just started working on "Sugar Babe" offa "Songster"..Wish me luck and much manual dexterity!
I said Chevrolet in the end. I normally don't reply to comments whether they be positive or negative because I try not to sway people's opinions of the music or the musician in any fashion. However, I've seen the other nasty things you've left on others' pages, and I've decided this: You're one of those blues snobs, aren't ya? You want it to sound just like the single recording you have by one guy, and miss the deeper concept entirely. You're probably a little crazy, too.
